The Idea
Plano East educators begin searching for a rigorous, complete academic option for their students.
1995
An IB World School
After several years of research and preparation, Plano East is authorized to offer the IB Diploma Programme.
2013
One Four-Year Community
International Honors (IH) students in grades 9-10 join IB Diploma students in grades 11-12 at Plano East.
Today
Panthers Without Borders
More than 30 years later, a new generation continues the Plano East IB tradition.
